I suppose the answer to that depends on your goals. Members Media cover a huge range of music marketing options like Spotify, YouTube, TikTok, and personalized marketing campaigns (which is my personal favorite).

We've only tested out their Spotify promotion, which has been nothing shy of amazing. The owner, Dalton, gave me a glimpse of their internal process, and, being bot experts ourselves, we deem it to be legit. And not just legit; impressive, in fact.
